We use many common allergens in our bakery so we cannot guarantee that our bread or cakes are completely free of any allergens. If you have a severe allergy we recommend not buying from our store.
We do not have cakes that are “ready to buy”. All cakes are made as special orders.
All cake orders must be made 2-3 days in advance. For custom cakes that require sourcing of special decor or cake toppers, please allow for more time.
All cake orders must be made in person. Basic information may be given over the phone but an order will not be taken.
A deposit of half of the total amount is required on all cake orders, at minimum.
We only work with whipped cream. It is light, soft and has a light vanilla flavor. We do not work with any kind of buttercream, fondant or other kind of (flavored) icings.
If searching the internet for cake ideas, please make sure the cake is not made of fondant or buttercream. Whipped cream cannot be worked with in the same manner as these materials. We have a Loop digital picture frame next to our second register that contains an updated gallery of our work.
We only make 1 tier cakes. We do not make 2+ tier stacked cakes. If looking for a tiered look, we suggest using pillars, which must be returned to us. Using pillars means each cake will be in its own box and the customer is responsible for stacking the cake at home or venue. A security deposit of $50 will be charged for the pillars. Once they are returned, the $50 will be returned to the customer. Failure to return the pillars means no refund of the security deposit. Damage to the pillars may result in a partial or no refund of the security deposit. Pillars should be clean upon return.
We also can add an edible image to your cake. Images can be sent via text message to the staff member taking the order OR via email to panaderiavictoriastafford@gmail.com OR via WhatsApp to 281-969-5955. Pricing ranges from $9 for a letter size (8.5”x11”) or $11.50 for a legal paper size (8.5”x14”). Letter sizes are appropriate for 1/4 sheets or 8”, 10” or 12” round cakes. The bigger a round cake is, the more white space will be around the image because the printer will only ink about 7.5-8” of the sheet width (diameter). Legal paper size is appropriate for a 1/2 sheet cake.
We have tres leches, vanilla, chocolate and marble cakes. Tres leches milk cannot be added to our vanilla, chocolate or marble cakes, it is its own kind of cake. The tres leches cake is our standard cake, and is the least expensive. Vanilla, chocolate or marble breads are considered upgrades.
We offer round cakes sizes: 8”, 10”, 12” and 14”.
Rectangle cakes: 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet and a full sheet.
BASE prices range from $28 to $100 not including upgrades.
For a detailed list of prices, servings, fillings, etc. Please visit our store and ask to see our binder with information.
Cakes that have beer bottles inserted in them can be made (as seen below), as long as the customer buys and brings the beer to the bakery. Panaderia Victoria will not purchase alcoholic drinks.
We do not make alcohol infused cakes or cupcakes.
Fresh fruit, flowers etc. as decor are not considered upgrades and thus result in no additional charge to the customer.
Simple cupcakes are available to order. Vanilla, chocolate or marble. Examples below.
The customer is 100% responsible for the cake once it leaves the staff’s handling. Even if the customer is still inside the bakery or parking lot, any accident or sliding of the cake is the customer’s responsibility. Whip cream is soft and we do not freeze our cakes. We suggest keeping a cake in room temperature or in a refrigerator for best taste and taking it out when it will be served. Our whip cream does not completely melt but any damage done to the cake by the heat or sun is not our responsibility. Cakes must always be on flat, sturdy, horizontal, even surfaces. When carrying a cake, always keep it level. We suggest putting cakes in a car trunk or floorboard area, and NOT a car seat. Car seats are not level. Harsh turns and bumpy roads may make a cake slide or make a decoration fall, always drive with care. We may offer a cart to help transport the cake from the bakery to your car. If none is offered, you may ask for the cart. Pictures are always taken of the cake before it it fully boxed up for reference. Tres leches milk leaking from a cake is normal. Leaking amount will vary.
